Belmont Practitioners (BP) provides healthcare education, not medical advice.
BP provides education virtually or on-site in the areas of:
- 
Childbirth 
- 
newborn care and safety 
- 
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR, choking, and other life-saving measures) 
These classes are intended to inform the Client about child labor and delivery, early child rearing, and safety recommendations. Clients pursuing CPR and choking classes will also learn how to respond to emergency situations in accordance with the American Heart Association (“AHA”) guidelines. Clients will be given handouts from class presentations for their future reference. Presentations and class material from BP are strictly educational and should not be considered medical advice. BP is not your medical doctor or a medical office. The client agrees to seek medical advice from his/her regular health care provider.
1. Scheduling.
Classes will be scheduled via email. It is essential that the Client is prepared to start at the scheduled time to ensure the course presentation is completed. Classes are scheduled for a set number of participants at the time of scheduling. An additional fee will be charged to the Client, for any additional participants (such as a grandparent, babysitter, sibling, etc). Group rates are available for groups of four (4) or more.
2. Payments & Refunds.
The Client agrees to pay all course fees at the time of booking. The Client agrees that all cancellations must be at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. If the Client fails to cancel the appointment within 48 hours of class start time, the Client will forfeit that appointment and remain responsible for payment of the full session rate.
3. Disclaimers.
BP does not provide medical advice. BP provides education instruction only Any course content and references provided by BP are provided as a convenience to the Client. These reference materials should not be considered medical advice. The Client agrees to always seek a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding any medical condition.
4. Liability, Personal Responsibility And Release Of Health Care Related Claims.
The Client agrees it is fully responsible for the lives and well-being of the Client, Client’s family and child. BP is not responsible in any way for the health, safety, welfare or medical care of the Client, its family, or child. All decisions made during and after course presentations with respect to the health and well-being of the Client, Client’s family, and infant are the sole responsibility of the Client. The limit of BP's liability is the refund of the course fee. The Client explicitly assumes any risk in the care and treatment of the Client, its family, and child, and specifically agrees to release BP, including its partners or employees individually, from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands, whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has, or will have in the future against BP, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, BP’s services. 
5. CONFIDENTIALITY.
The Client’s information will be kept private by BP. BP will never share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.
